PHOTO HUNT GAME PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUES: 12,001 total prizes will be awarded (1,500 per each of the eight bi-weekly periods with one (1) additional Bonus Prize awarded in period 8 only.) Prizes will be awarded to eligible winners drawn in the order listed below, from highest value prize to lowest value prize:
64 iPod nanos: (8 awarded per bi-weekly period). Approximate retail value ("ARV"): $150 each.
200 EA Sports Video Games: (25 awarded per bi-weekly period). Game title to be determined at the discretion of the sponsor. (ARV: $60 each)
112 Soccer Jerseys: (14 awarded per bi-weekly period). Jersey brand, style, and size to be determined at the discretion of the sponsor. (ARV: $55 each)
6,000 Soccer Balls (750 awarded per bi-weekly period). (ARV: $12 each)
624 Stadium Scarves (78 awarded per bi-weekly period). Stadium scarf, to be determined at the discretion of the sponsor. (ARV: $4 each)
5,000 Axe Shower Gel Trial Size (1.69 oz.) Product (625 awarded per bi-weekly period). Shower gel type to be determined at the discretion of the sponsor. (ARV: $.97 each)
One (1) Bonus Prize (awarded in period 8 only): Trip for winner and a guest to attend a taping of Republica Deportiva in Miami FL at Univision Network Studios (one (1) trip awarded in prize period 8 only). Trip includes: (i) roundtrip coach-class airfare for the winner and one (1) guest (from airport near winner's and/or guest's hometown at time of entry as selected at the discretion of Sponsor; Restrictions may apply; (ii) one (1) night hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor) in one (1) double occupancy room, excluding meals, room service, gratuities, beverages, phone calls, personal purchases including souvenirs or other incidentals are the sole responsibility of the winner and guest; (iii) ground transportation to and from airport and hotel and to and from the Univision Network Studios and dinner at a South Beach restaurant (restaurant determined at the discretion of Sponsor) (iv) meet and greet with Las Senadoras. (meet and greet date to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor). The estimated Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of the Period 8 Bonus Prize is $5,000.00. The dates of travel are to be determined at the discretion of the Sponsor, however, travel will occur between December 31 2009 and June 30, 2010. If the winner is unable to complete trip on the dates specified by the Sponsor, the winner shall forfeit the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Prize consists only of those items listed above. If in the judgment of the Sponsor, air transportation is not required due to the winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation will be substituted for air transportation at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.
The Total Approximate Retail Value of each bi-weekly period 1 through 7 is $13,388.25.
The Total Approximate Retail Value of bi-weekly period 8 is $18,388.25.
SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: Three (3) Grand Prizes: A trip for the winner and up to three (3) guests to South Africa. Trip includes: (i) roundtrip coach-class airfare for the Grand Prize winner and up to three (3) guests (from airport near Grand Prize winner's and/or guest's hometown at time of entry as selected at the discretion of Sponsor; (ii) five (5) nights hotel accommodations (hotel to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor) in two (2) double occupancy rooms, excluding meals, room service, or other incidentals; (iii) ground transportation to and from airport and hotel; (iv) $1,250 spending money for winner only, awarded in the form of a bank gift card (gift card to be determined at the discretion of Sponsor). The estimated Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize is $25,930.00. Each Grand Prize winner will also receive a single cash payment of $13,357.88 in the form of a corporate check, based on a 34% tax rate, which is intended to assist with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Grand Prize. The Grand Prize winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local income taxes and other taxes associated with the Grand Prize. The Sponsor will comply with all tax reporting requirements. The total ARV of each Grand Prize is $39,287.88. Actual value of prize may vary based on number of guests, point of origination and airfare fluctuations, and hotel pricing. If actual value of travel portion of prize is less than stated, difference will not be awarded in cash, and no such claim will be honored. Grand Prize winner and travel companions must possess all required travel documents (e.g. valid government-issued photo identification and passport) and will also be responsible for any required or recommended immunizations prior to departure. Travel route, hotel accommodations, and all elements of the prize will be arranged by the Sponsor, in its sole discretion. Grand Prize winner and travel companions are solely responsible for meals, souvenirs, taxes, gratuities, ground transportation, airline baggage fees, and all other expenses not expressly specified herein. Travel arrangements are to be determined and are subject to availability and some restrictions may apply. The dates of travel are to be determined at the discretion of the Sponsor, however, travel will occur between June 1, 2010 and September 30, 2010. If the Grand Prize winner is unable to complete trip on the dates specified by the Sponsor, the Grand Prize winner shall forfeit the prize in its entirety and an alternate winner may be selected, time permitting. Prize consists only of those items listed above.
The Total Approximate Retail Value of all prizes in the Sweepstakes is $117,863.64.
Eligibility: AXE "The Beautiful Game" Photo Hunt Game & Sweepstakes (the "Game & Sweepstakes") is open only to adults 18 years of age or older (or the age of majority in state of residence) who are legal residents of the 50 United States (including District of Columbia) at time of entry. Employees of Conopco, Inc. d/b/a Unilever ("Sponsor"), GMR Marketing LLC ("GMR"), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, sales representatives, agencies, retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and promotional and other vendor agencies involved in the Game & Sweepstakes, and the immediate family members and households of all such employees, are not eligible.
