GRAND PRIZE (Approximate Retail Value of the Grand Prize: $25,000. 00.)
* Trips for up to ten (10) persons from anywhere in the U.S. to visit the Qualifying Baby at the winning parent/legal guardian's home U.S. city, including airfare, 4 days/3 nights hotel accommodations (up to five rooms, double occupancy) and a 4-day rental of two passenger vans (eligible drivers only).
* A catered lunch or dinner for up to twenty (20) persons and the Qualifying Baby* at the winner's home with a professional photographer and videographer on hand to record the celebration to take place within 3 months following verification of winning status (unless Qualifying Baby in the winning entry has not yet been born, in which case this portion of prize must take place within 3 months following birth) (the "Welcoming Party"). The winner will receive one (1) photo album and one (1) dvd featuring video footage of the event.
* $1000 in Graco(R) products selected by the winning parent/legal guardian of the Qualifying Baby (subject to availability, in Sponsor's discretion).
* $5,000 Series E Savings Bond issued in the name of the Qualifying Baby identified in the winning entry (value stated is at maturity after 20 years).

Eligibility: You (the “Entrant’) are eligible to enter this Sweepstakes for a chance to win a Monthly Prize (as defined later in these rules), and to nominate a parent/legal guardian of a “Qualifying Baby” (as defined below) to win the Grand Prize in this Sweepstakes provided that you, the Entrant, are a legal resident of the 50 United States, 18 years of age or older at time of entry, and the parent, grandparent, uncle or aunt of the “Qualifying Baby” named/identified in your entry form. For purposes of this Sweepstakes, a “Qualifying Baby” is defined as a child a) born during the Sweepstakes Period, or b) expected to be born (with a medically confirmed due date) between April 1, 2010 and September 30, 2010, with actual birth occurring within those dates.
