GRAND PRIZE (1): Travel Portion: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a six-day/five-night trip to Hawaii for winner and three (3) guests to attend a meet and greet with Bob Greene (dates and times to be selected and scheduled by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Trip includes round-trip coach airfare from the major airport nearest the winner's residence to Maui; a five-night hotel stay (hotel to be selected by Sponsor, two (2) standard rooms, double-occupancy accommodations) and $1200 spending money to be used for meals and $500 spending money to be used for ground transportation. (Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of the Travel Portion of the Grand Prize: $11,736.00). ARV may vary based on city of departure. The Grand Prize winner must allow 45 days for arrangement and coordination of the Travel Portion of the prize. Grand Prize winner and Grand Prize winner's guests must be able to travel on the same itinerary before May 1, 2010 on dates that are mutually agreed upon by winner and Sponsor and upon accommodation availability. If winner and his/her guests cannot travel prior to May 1, 2010, the Travel Portion of the prize will be forfeited and the Grand Prize winner will only receive the Gift Portion of the prize (detailed below) and no cash difference will be awarded. Sponsor is not responsible for weather conditions, travel cancellations, delays and postponements or blackout dates. In the event Bob Greene is unable to participate in the meet and greet, Sponsor reserves the right to provide a comparable nutritionist who will be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Gift Portion: Grand Prize winner will also receive two (2) one-year memberships (one for winner and one for a guest) to thebestlife.com (awarded as a coupon code); a one (1) year supply of Nestl?(R) Pure Life(R) Purified Water (to be awarded in the form of twelve (12) coupons, each for one (1) free case); Best Life books (to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); a Best Life pedometer; one (1) home recycling system to be awarded in the form of a $300 Gift Certificate (to be selected by Sponsor in its sole discretion); and a $600 check made payable to the winner. In the event a Grand Prize winner has already a registered member of thebestlife.com, a separate e-mail address may be required to redeem this portion of the prize. (ARV of the Gift Portion of the Grand Prize: $1,292.58). Any costs/expenses including, but not limited to, meals, gratuities, and transportation not expressly stated herein are the sole responsibility of the Grand Prize winner and guests. If any guest of the Grand Prize winner is under the age of 18, that individual must travel with his/her parent or legal guardian. If any Guest of the Grand Prize winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction, that minor's parent or legal guardian must execute all documents on behalf of such Guest. Documents must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt or the prizewinner will be disqualified and, if feasible, an alternate winner will be randomly selected. By entering this Sweepstakes, winner consents to the use of his/her name, photograph, voice recording and likeness for publicity purposes by Sponsor without additional compensation or permission, where permitted by law.
